How to Renew Your ApnCloud Service

Renewing your ApnCloud service on time helps prevent service interruption and keeps your hosting, server, email, domain, SSL, or other active services running without unnecessary disruption.

Follow the steps below to review and renew an ApnCloud service.

1. Log In to the ApnCloud Client Area

Go to the ApnCloud website and sign in to your Client Area using your registered email address and password.

2. Open Your Active Services

From the Client Area, open the section where your active services are listed.

Depending on the interface, the option may appear as:

  • Services
  • My Services
  • Products & Services

3. Select the Service You Want to Renew

Choose the service you want to renew.

This may include:

  • Shared Hosting
  • Cloud VPS Hosting
  • Dedicated Hosting
  • Reseller Hosting
  • Email Hosting
  • Domains
  • SSL Certificates

Review the service status and next due date carefully.

4. Check the Renewal Invoice

ApnCloud may generate a renewal invoice before the service due date.

Open the Invoices or Billing section and locate the invoice related to the service you want to renew.

Check:

  • Invoice number
  • Service name
  • Billing period
  • Due date
  • Renewal amount

5. Pay the Renewal Invoice

If the renewal invoice is unpaid, select one of the available payment methods and complete the payment.

Always make sure you are paying the correct invoice before confirming the transaction.

6. Check the Payment Status

After completing payment, return to the invoice page and verify the payment status.

A successfully processed renewal invoice should normally display:

Paid

Some payment methods may require additional processing time before the invoice status is updated.

7. Check the New Service Due Date

After the renewal payment has been successfully applied, open the related service again.

Check whether the next due date or renewal date has been updated to reflect the new billing period.

8. Renew Before the Due Date

Whenever possible, complete renewal payment before the service due date.

Late payment may result in service suspension, expiration, or other service-specific consequences depending on the product and applicable terms.

9. Keep Your Contact Information Updated

Make sure your registered email address is current and accessible.

ApnCloud may send important notifications related to:

  • Upcoming renewals
  • Invoices
  • Payment status
  • Service expiration
  • Account notices

10. Review Your Billing Cycle

Your service may use a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual, or another supported billing cycle.

Review the billing cycle shown for your service before completing the renewal.

11. Payment Completed but Service Not Renewed?

If your renewal invoice is paid but the service due date has not updated, do not make another payment immediately.

First verify:

  • The correct invoice was paid
  • The payment was successfully completed
  • The invoice status shows as paid
  • Enough processing time has passed

If the issue continues, contact ApnCloud Support.

12. Keep Your Payment Reference

Keep your transaction reference or payment confirmation until the renewal has been fully applied to your service.

This information may be useful if support needs to review the transaction.

Important Renewal Tips

  • Renew services before their due dates
  • Check renewal invoices carefully
  • Keep your registered email address updated
  • Do not make duplicate payments unnecessarily
  • Keep payment references until renewal is confirmed
  • Review the next due date after payment
