How to Change Your ApnCloud Account Password
Changing your ApnCloud account password regularly can help keep your Client Area secure. You should also change your password immediately if you believe someone else may have access to your account.
Follow the steps below to change your ApnCloud account password.
1. Log In to the ApnCloud Client Area
Go to the official ApnCloud website and log in to your Client Area using your registered email address and current password.
2. Open Your Account Settings
After logging in, open the section used to manage your account, profile, or security settings.
Depending on the Client Area interface, the option may appear as:
- Account Details
- Profile
- Security Settings
- Change Password
3. Open the Change Password Option
Select the option to change or update your account password.
You may be asked to enter your current password before creating a new one.
4. Enter Your Current Password
Enter the password you currently use to access your ApnCloud account.
Make sure it is entered correctly, as passwords are case-sensitive.
5. Create a Strong New Password
Enter a new password that is difficult to guess and different from passwords you use on other websites.
A strong password should contain a combination of:
- Uppercase letters
- Lowercase letters
- Numbers
- Special characters
Avoid using easily guessed information such as your name, company name, domain name, phone number, or common passwords.
6. Confirm the New Password
Enter the new password again in the confirmation field.
Both password entries must match exactly.
7. Save the Password Change
Click Save Changes, Change Password, or the relevant confirmation button.
Wait for the Client Area to confirm that your password has been updated successfully.
8. Log In with Your New Password
After changing your password, use the new password the next time you log in to the ApnCloud Client Area.
If your browser or password manager has saved the old password, update the saved credentials.
9. Forgot Your Current Password?
If you cannot remember your current password, use the Forgot Password option on the ApnCloud login page.
Enter your registered email address and follow the password reset instructions sent to your email.
10. Password Reset Email Not Received?
If you do not receive the password reset email, check:
- Your Spam or Junk folder
- The email address entered is correct
- You are checking the email account registered with ApnCloud
