How to Order a Service from ApnCloud
ApnCloud provides different hosting, domain, email, SSL, and server services. You can place an order directly from the ApnCloud website or Client Area.
Follow the steps below to order a service.
1. Visit the ApnCloud Website
Go to the official ApnCloud website and browse the available services.
Choose the service you want to purchase, such as:
- Shared Hosting
- Cloud VPS Hosting
- Dedicated Hosting
- Reseller Hosting
- Email Hosting
- Domain Registration or Transfer
- SSL Certificates
2. Choose a Suitable Plan
Select the plan that best matches your requirements.
Before ordering, review the available resources, features, billing cycle, and price.
For hosting or server products, the available configuration may vary depending on the selected plan.
3. Click Order Now
After selecting your preferred service or plan, click the Order Now, Buy Now, or similar order button.
You will be redirected to the order configuration page.
4. Configure Your Service
If configuration options are available, select the options you need.
Depending on the service, you may need to choose or enter information such as:
- Billing cycle
- Domain name
- Server configuration
- Operating system
- Additional services or add-ons
- Other available product options
Review your selections carefully before continuing.
5. Review Your Shopping Cart
Check your order summary before proceeding to checkout.
Make sure the following information is correct:

- Billing cycle

6. Log In or Create an Account
If you already have an ApnCloud account, log in using your registered email address and password.

8. Submit Your Order
After reviewing your information, accept the applicable terms and complete your order.
Once your order has been submitted, you can view it from the ApnCloud Client Area.
9. Wait for Service Activation
After successful payment, eligible services may be activated automatically. Some products may require additional setup, processing, or verification.
When your service is ready, important service information may be available in your Client Area or sent to your registered email address.
