How to Log In to DirectAdmin
DirectAdmin is the hosting control panel used to manage your ApnCloud Shared Hosting account. From DirectAdmin, you can manage website files, domains, email accounts, databases, SSL certificates, backups, DNS settings, and many other hosting features.
Follow the steps below to access your DirectAdmin control panel.
1. Log In to the ApnCloud Client Area
Go to the official ApnCloud website and log in to your Client Area using your registered email address and password.
After logging in, open the section where your active services are listed.
2. Select Your Shared Hosting Service
Find your active Shared Hosting service and click on it.
The service management page will display information related to your hosting account and available management options.
3. Open DirectAdmin
Look for the option to access your hosting control panel or DirectAdmin.
Depending on the available integration, you may be able to open DirectAdmin directly from your ApnCloud Client Area.
If direct login is not available, use the DirectAdmin login URL and account information provided in your hosting activation email.
4. Enter Your DirectAdmin Login Details
If you are asked to log in manually, enter your DirectAdmin:
- Username
- Password
Make sure you enter the information exactly as provided.
Passwords are case-sensitive, so uppercase and lowercase letters must be entered correctly.
5. Access the DirectAdmin Dashboard
After successfully logging in, you will see the DirectAdmin dashboard.
From the dashboard, you can manage important hosting features such as:
- File Manager
- Domain Management
- Subdomains
- Email Accounts
- MySQL Databases
- SSL Certificates
- DNS Records
- FTP Accounts
- Backups
- PHP Settings
- Softaculous
The exact options available may depend on your hosting plan and server configuration.
What If You Forgot Your DirectAdmin Password?
If you cannot remember your DirectAdmin password, first check the hosting information provided when your service was activated.
If your ApnCloud Client Area provides a password management or reset option, you may use it to update your hosting password.
If you are still unable to access DirectAdmin, contact ApnCloud Support for assistance.
DirectAdmin Login Is Not Working
If you cannot log in, check the following:
- Make sure your hosting service is active
- Verify that your username is correct
- Re-enter your password carefully
- Make sure there are no extra spaces in the login details
- Confirm that you are using the correct DirectAdmin login page
- Try again after clearing your browser cache or using another browser
If the issue continues, open a support ticket from your ApnCloud Client Area.
