How to Log In to DirectAdmin Reseller Panel
The DirectAdmin Reseller Panel allows you to manage hosting packages, customer accounts, domains, resource limits, nameservers, and other reseller hosting features from one control panel.
Follow the steps below to access your ApnCloud Reseller Hosting control panel.
1. Check Your Reseller Hosting Details
After your ApnCloud Reseller Hosting service is activated, check your registered email address and Client Area for the required login information.
Your service details may include:
- DirectAdmin login URL
- Reseller username
- Password
- Server hostname
- Server IP address
Keep your login credentials secure and never share your reseller password publicly.
2. Log In to the ApnCloud Client Area
Go to the ApnCloud website and sign in to your Client Area using your registered email address and password.
Open your active Reseller Hosting service to view the available service information and management options.
3. Open DirectAdmin
If DirectAdmin access is available from the service management page, use the provided option to open the hosting control panel.
If you need to log in manually, open the DirectAdmin login URL provided with your hosting service.
4. Enter Your Login Credentials
Enter your DirectAdmin reseller username and password.
Make sure the information is entered correctly. Passwords are case-sensitive, so uppercase and lowercase letters must match exactly.
Then click the Login button.
5. Switch to Reseller Level
After logging in, make sure you are using the Reseller Level interface.
Depending on the DirectAdmin interface, you may see an option to switch between available access levels.
The Reseller Level provides access to reseller-specific tools and account management features.
6. Manage Your Reseller Hosting Account
From the DirectAdmin Reseller Panel, you can manage features such as:
- Hosting packages
- Customer hosting accounts
- User resource limits
- Domains
- Nameserver settings
- Account usage
- Suspended accounts
- Passwords
- Other available reseller tools
7. Forgot Your DirectAdmin Password?
If you cannot remember your reseller password, check whether your ApnCloud Client Area provides an available password management or reset option.
If you are still unable to access the account, contact ApnCloud Support for assistance.
Never send your existing password in a support ticket.
8. DirectAdmin Login Is Not Working
If you cannot log in, check the following:
- Your Reseller Hosting service is active
- The DirectAdmin login URL is correct
- Your reseller username is correct
- Your password is entered correctly
- There are no extra spaces in the login details
- Your internet connection is working
You can also try clearing your browser cache or using another browser.
9. Keep Your Reseller Account Secure
Your reseller account may provide access to multiple customer hosting accounts, so account security is very important.
- Use a strong and unique password
- Do not share your reseller login credentials
- Avoid logging in from untrusted or public devices
- Keep your registered email account secure
- Log out after using a shared device
- Monitor unusual account activity
